If you need to use the ATM to make a deposit, I hope you are luckier than I was. Because usually when I need to make a deposit, there are almost always defective boxes, only one for the deposit working, and look there. Several times I left the agency without making a deposit due to problems with the ATMs. I don't know how such a bank has so much money if it doesn't invest in customer service. The impression it gives is that they abandoned the physical posts in favor of the digital one.
